Construction Chemicals Fillet Seal is a ready-to-use (just add water) hydrophobic, non-shrinking repair mortar. It is an integral part of the Construction Chemicals cellar or below ground Tanking System; Wall and floor, wall and wall junctions are vulnerable areas in any below ground tanking system. Fillet Seal is used to create a waterproof flexible fillet at wall/wall and wall/floor junctures.
