Construction Chemicals Injection Fluid and Construction Chemicals Low Odour Injection Fluid are based on Polyoxoaluminium Stearate (POAS) carried in organic solvents. POAS means that this product cures very quickly and forms a damp proof course treatment once the solvents have evaporated.

They are manufactured to the requirements of BS EN ISO9002 (FM 13427) and BBA Certificate number 88/2118 and are designed to produce an effective barrier to rising damp in walls where the original DPC is absent or defective.

Construction Chemicals have developed this solvent based chemical damp proof course injection fluid specifically to eliminate the problems usually associated with solvent systems.

Enviro-Safe Injection Fluid is produced using an ultra low odour, high flashpoint solvent, which, when combined with the tried and tested Polyoxoaluminium Stearate, produces a Non-flammable fluid which has virtually no smell. This diminishes the safety considerations usually associated with damp proof course treatment, viz. suspension of work by other trades in the treatment areas is not necessary.

The ultra safe DPC injection



A highly effective silane/siloxane based cream for installing a chemical dpc. It is odour and solvent free and can be installed with hand-operated equipment. One Shot Injection Cream contains no solvents and is virtually odour free. This means it can be installed in areas that are sensitive to fire risk or personnel that may be affected by solvent based products. As no electrical equipment is required for installing this product it makes installation for easier and safer. There is no fire risk with One Shot Injection Cream and therefore far safer for operators to install.

One Shot Injection Cream can be injected from one side of the property therefore unsightly holes or plugs are not visible from the outside.

Rendermix
Construction Chemicals Rendermix is concentrate integral liquid water-proofer incorporating a fungicidal additve and salt Inhibiter for use in rendering after a chemical DPC has been installed. It may also be used in mortar and concrete mixes Rendermix will prevent hygroscopic salt movement causing secondary dampness in rendering.

Rendermix is concentrated and should be mixed at 40:1 with water therefore making it one of the strongest Rendermix in the market. Rendermix will prevent hydroscopic salt movement causing secondary dampness in rendering after chemical injection or DPC installation
