Construction Chemicals Wood Weld PU is a single component, solvent free, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive. Wood Weld PU is the ultimate adhesive that will bond most building materials to almost any other material. It is totally waterproof and conforms to D4 specification. Wood Weld PU is Thixotropic and is therefore less messy than most other polyurethanes.

Wood Weld PU expands slightly when curing and therefore gives a weld like unbreakable bond to all materials. Wood Weld PU is a rapid curing, gap filling, polyurethane adhesive which can be used to bond all timbers (even wet or dry timber), concrete, polyurethane foam, expanded polystyrene, and other porous and non porous substrates. Once polymerised Wood Weld PU is totally waterproof.

WOOD WELD PU cures by mass therefore offers a high initial bond with a very fast handling strength.

Universal PVA is a general purpose woodworking adhesive which forms the basis of specialised PVAC adhesives for the furniture and woodworking industries. It is a one-part synthetic resin emulsion which has been specially developed for indoor bonding operations on both hardwoods and softwoods. Universal PVA gives an unbreakable bond between closely-fitting wood surfaces such that failure will generally be by fracture of the wood rather than by failure of the bond. Also ideal for plastering as a primer and for modifying certain mortars. Conforms to the requirements of BS4071. It is not designed for exterior use.

Construction Chemicals Water Resistant PVA has a high solids content making it ideal for the joinery and shopfitting trades. The high solids contents of this adhesive means that joinery trades can be confident when using this material on may different substrates. This adhesive is cross-linked and is there ideal on radio frequency curing. This product conforms to BSEN204-205.
